A collection of inscriptions found at Hilandar on the walls and elsewhere to 1894. Compiled by hieromonk Vikentii. A signed & dated scribal inscription on leaf 7a indicates that the purpose of such a compilation was to identify the times of the previous restorations of the buildings or of donations of items in the past. Marginal glosses with the years of the restorations were added later.
